The green one immediately made me think of the (very fake) Tamagon rumor, particularly with the fin on top, and the reference to "it may look like Kirby."

I don't do anything odd while sleeping other than tossing and turning on rare occasions.
However, if I'm quite tired I used to have a thing where even when I crawled into bed my mind would still be focussed on whatever I was doing before heading to bed, and I can't at the time tell whether it's real or not. Indeed, back in the summer of '02 I had many an IRC conversation in my mind, only to wake up the next day to wonder how much actually happened and how much was in my mind.

But that was a different time; nowadays if I'm really tired, I just kind of plop down onto a soft surface and I'm out like a light within a few minutes.

Noticeably, it seems once again that Alloys are based off "Genericized" characters.

Blue is probably Zelda, although the pose in the logo pic makes me think of Peach for some reason.

Green is based off Kirby, even Sakurai acknowledges this. "He may look like Kirby, but he's not!"

Yellow is... well, a small humanoid figure. It could be Mario, or it could be Lucas.

The red one? Well, his build is the like of a "Musclular man." I doubt it's either Ike or Snake because, based off the precedant by the Fighting Wireframes and Polygons, I'd believe the Metaloids use hand-to-hand combat, rather than weapons-based.

There is, however, a character that everyone's been expecting for a long time now, who the Red Alloy even resembles moreso than the other Metaloids resemble their counterparts...... >_>
